James Hoelter is Mental Health Intern. James earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. He has completed all of his coursework for his Master of Arts Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Lakeland University.

James has over 15 years teaching psychology courses to college students as well as facilitating groups for anger management and cognitive interventions. He is experienced in working with clients that are working through substance use issues and concerns. James enjoys working with diverse populations and ages and appreciates the opportunity to help people learn and explore new skills.
